The Season Arts “Smart School's e-Digit" has won both the Small and Medium Enterprise Special Award for Digital Transformation Excellence in the 2021 inaugural Digital Transformation Awards. This award recognizes the school's leadership in digital transformation, and highlights its international impact.

The first Digital Transformation Awards in Taiwan, co-organized by Harvard Business Review and SAP, aimed to identify exemplary cases of digital transformation. Over 200 companies participated in the competition, including listed and over-the-counter financial and technology companies such as Citibank, Foxconn, Far EasTone Telecom, Bank of Taiwan, Taiwan Mobile, CPC Corporation, and Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation. The final winners were 33 companies, with a winning rate of only 16%. Season Arts shone with outstanding performance, becoming a beacon for early childhood education.

The Season Arts “Smart School e-Digit" app has a positive impact on parents, teachers, and the school environment. With the app, parents can handle medication timing, reserve transportation, and apply for leave. They can also view their child's learning journey with photos and descriptions. In addition, all information related to enrollment, class affairs, and payment is available in the system, and parents can search for data at any time. It is estimated that 2,000 parents can save more than 10,000 hours annually by using the app.

With the knowledge base and digital systems available in the app, teachers can enhance their work efficiency and optimize their teaching skills. Huang Shih-Fang, a teacher at Season Arts, said, "Previously, we had to print 400 paper notices for the whole school, and the office looked like a printing factory. It also took hours for teachers to write evaluations for the whole class." With the app's assistance, not only is it more environmentally friendly, but it also saves time and effort.

In total, 290,000 pieces of paper are saved each year, reducing teachers' workload by 89%, and cutting the overtime pay by NT$22 million. Teachers have more time to focus on improving teaching quality, collaborate with other teachers, and continue to learn.

Season Arts ”Smart School's e-Digit” stands out for digitizing all the functions related to early childhood education, which can be connected through the app for schools, students, teachers, and parents. The school is also generous in sharing its digitalization experience with other early childhood education institutions.
